The latest versions of DIALePay are
Windows software that use a DialLink modem attached to a PC serial
port to perform dial up transaction processing. Earlier
versions of DIALePay are designed to work with a DataTran.

| DIALePay uses Datacap's DSIClientX ActiveX control as the interface to the POS software. | |
| DIALePay SL (single lane) is designed and licensed to process transaction requests from a single, standalone workstation (or point of sale). | |
| DIALePay ML (multiple lane) is designed and licensed to process transactions from multiple workstations (POS terminals) operating on a LAN. | |

For TERMINAL type DIALePay, download the following programs and install in the order listed. Always restart when instructed! |
|
| 1. MSDE DatacapInstance | This installs a personalized instance of the Microsoft Data Engine (MSDE) to provide database services to DIALePay. |
| 2. DSIClient | This installs the required
ActiveX control that integrated software uses to communicate
with DIALePay. It also installs a simple transaction
application for test purposes. |
| 3. EPay Administrator | This installs an application
that allows viewing/sorting and reporting on transaction
activity recorded in DIALePay database. It also performs
batch functions for editing and settlement. |
| 4. DIALePay | Selected from the download menu below, this installs the DIALePay payment server software. |
For HOST type DIALePay, download the following programs and install in the order listed. Always restart when instructed! |

The previous releases of DIALePay utilized a DataTran ML device for communications with a processor.
